Hey, thanks for checking out my website!
On August 28, 2017, I will embark on the journey of a lifetime. Leaving out of Kalispell, I will first arrive in
Iceland to travel pre-semester. My mom and dad will be joining me as well! Together, we will spend an epic week driving throughout the country, exploring its wonders. From boiled sheeps head to 100+ foot waterfalls, I am ecstatic to see what this new experience holds.
After Iceland, we will part ways. Mom and dad will be headed back home and I will leave for Switzerland to visit a friend for a couple days. From there I will take a train to Hamburg, Germany to meet some of the Semester at Sea students and explore that new territory. On the 9th of September, we sail out of Bremerhaven, Germany!
From 'the 406' to 106 days of ship life aboard the MV World Odyssey, a former German cruise liner, we will find new places and new experiences upon our floating campus. With 700 other students from all corners of the world, we will adventure to 11+ countries meanwhile taking classes when traveling in between ports. In each port we will have roughly 4-5 days to explore! Stay tuned for many pictures/stories to come.
